Shipping cost is a flat rate of $9.90 per order (price may vary for small orders under 1 lb). This includes dropship orders. Delivery is expected between 3 and 6 business days. Large orders will have a custom price based on the weight of the order. All tracking information is provided in your account within each order's page.

You can register for either an API/.CSV integration or a Shopify App integration subscription. The API or CSV integration requires that you have some technical knowledge or an IT expert and can integrate to virtually any platform. Integration via our Shopify App requires little to no technical knowledge and is very easy to install. Our Shopify App was designed to integrate all products, descriptions, photographs, and quantities seamlessly and automatically update stock throughout the day. The Shopify app pulls orders from your store automatically.
Go to your Paypal account and cancel the recurring payment for Buy2Bee.com at any time or email us and allow us one business day to cancel your payment. For your first payment, we do not process the charge until after the 7-day free trial period.
No, the Shopify App is just a different type of integration. You only register and pay for one of the two. You must have an active Shopify account in order to integrate via our Shopify App. The cost of you Shopify account is separate and unrelated to the cost of your Buy2Bee monthly subscription.
Our policy allows 21 days from delivery for your customer to request a return, for which you must inform of us within that time frame, and 30 days from the customer's original delivery date to arrive at our facility for return. All of our orders are inspected by the logistics center; the item must be returned in original condition and not have been worn to be accepted as a return. We do not refund shipping charges.
Your customer must request a return within 21 days of receipt, and we must receive the item in our logistics center within 30 days of it having been delivered to them. You will have to notify us that your customer will be returning the item to our logistics warehouse. The warehouse address is La Moda Italiana, Inc. - 112 W. 9th Street, Suite 809 - Los Angeles, California 90015 - USA. We do not refund shipping cost. If you are exchanging, you only pay $9.90 for shipment of the new order.
If you would like a refund processed to your original form of payment and not as a credit to your Buy2Bee wallet, you must specify and communicate that to us at the time that your customer requests a return. Refunds are generally issued as a credit to your wallet.
The US Buy2Bee site can only ship to The United States, Canada, and Mexico. Domestic orders ship via FedEx and USPS.

Buy2Bee does not recommend selling our products on large market platforms like Amazon and Ebay. This is in part due to paperwork that they may require, which Buy2Bee is unable to supply. Their terms are a lot stricter than other marketplaces. Our products sell better on smaller marketplaces and individual websites.
When Buy2Bee ships an order out from Europe (EU), customs requires that we include an invoice product amount. If you would like to make sure your customers don’t receive this invoice with our item value you can request to have the amount changed to the price you sold the product for by emailing our Buy2Bee Team.
